This Policy is incorporated into and referenced by our Terms of Use and Rental Agreement.

Information you provide directly: identity information (full legal name, date of birth, driver's license number, state of issue, expiration date, and a photo of your license); contact information (email, phone, home address); insurance information (provider, policy number, expiration date, photo of insurance card); gig-platform income information (platforms you drive for and an earnings/balance screenshot from your application); payment information (preferred payment method and identifiers needed to process it — we do not store full card or bank account numbers); emergency contact info; and rental records (signed agreements, condition reports and photos, incident reports, maintenance requests).

Information collected automatically: GPS and telematics data (location, mileage, ignition status, battery-disconnect events) from the tracking device installed in the rental vehicle for the duration of your rental — this is not optional for renters and is disclosed separately in the Rental Agreement; and basic website usage data.

3. How We Use Your Information

To evaluate and process your rental application, including verifying identity, driving history, and insurance eligibility; to create and manage your rental agreement and account; to process payments; to locate, recover, or protect our vehicles (including via GPS) in cases of suspected non-payment, theft, or breach; to communicate with you about your rental; and to comply with legal obligations.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with payment processors; our GPS/telematics provider; insurance companies, law enforcement, or other parties involved in an accident or incident; collections agencies or legal counsel if you have an outstanding balance; and government agencies when required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain applications, signed agreements, incident reports, and payment records as long as needed for business, tax, and legal recordkeeping, and to defend or bring claims related to your rental.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you provide, including limiting access to identity documents, insurance information, and payment details. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

7. Your Choices

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion once your rental relationship has ended and we're not otherwise required to retain it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Updates take effect upon posting; continued use after changes are posted means you accept the revised Policy.
